Service Description:

 The Metro Level Sub District Map: This is one of a number of sub district maps in the District Plan that incorporates the Integrated District Spatial Development Framework and the Environmental Management Framework that provides procedural guidance that need to be consulted when evaluating the suitability of an application for development. The map provide a detailed level view of where land uses and investment are encouraged, prohibited or restricted through legislation. On this map, precautionary areas are reflected, highlighting where there are natural and man-made constraints due to risk. This maps is linked to the spatial planning, and conceptual designation guidelines for the particular subdistrict.
